Great sea view apartment in a nice quiet part of Edinburg Positive: Great sea view apartment in a nice quiet part of Edinburgh. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Overall a good stay, accommodation could be better with attention to detail Positive: Apartment was big enough for 5 adults, lovely view over the harbour and had a homely feel. We were comfortable in the main living area. Shower in the en-suite is good, better than the main bathroom. Negative: An issue with the lift did make things challenging but we managed. The apartment is a little tired and the outside areas need attention, unclean and ver shabby. The third bedroom is a king single, not a double.

I lived in Edinburgh for 14 years and it is the best city to visit or to celebrate in. Positive: I was in Edinburgh for my 65th Birthday with my two adult sons and girlfriends. Th flat is located in a quite area with superb sea views. The flat is spacious and bright. There is a large ASDA within a mile that you can get all your shopping food etc I would definately recommend the flat for a family or friends visiting Edinburgh centre of EDinburgh is a ten minute drive away but parking is very expensive. Public transport is with the tram stop a mile away. Negative: The cooker is electric with a black gass hob with touch controls. The controls are difficult to see. We didnt find any manual/ instructions but that may have been down to us. However after a little trial an error we managed to cook breakfast.Central Edinburgh has a LEZ . Also on Edinburgh Council website there is no daily payment to allow you to drive in the zone as other cities have. My advice is to go on Council website and check if you have a car it is allowed in. The zone is very poorly signposted and if you dont have a compliant car the first you will hear is a penalty charge in the post

Die Wohnung ist schön. Wenn die Verbesserungen gemacht werden, würde ich die Wohnung wieder mieten. Positive: Die Lage war echt super, abgesehen von dem verschiessenen Balkon durch Vögel. Der Balkon war nicht nutzbar. Aufzug und Zugang zur Wohnung war bestens. Negative: Die Sauberkeit in den Bädern war schlecht. Das Bett im Schlafraum 2 war nicht zu gebrauchen. Komplett duchgelegen und sollte erneuert werden. Viel, viel zu weich. Ich mußte auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer schlafen.
